Project 1: Why I Write

 

To the right are links to my writing manifesto, as well as a paper where I share a little bit about myself and why I enjoy writing. Both were written my sophomore year. To some people, combining a Neuroscience major with a Writing Minor might not make a lot of sense. This essay focuses on my initial belief that writing has functioned as a balance between my left and right brain; however, I now realize that it has also served as a way for me to grow as a more well-rounded individual.
